Teenager Ben Mockridge feels life in a Wild West ranch town has absolutely nothing better to offer after that horse-cart racing with various other hicks, so he naively asks cattle business owner Frank Culpepper to engage him as youngest cowboy for a long livestock route to a ft, his mom barely notifications.
