In New York City City, an auction is being held, where countless prized possessions are being bidded. One of the products was a regular ring which is better than it looks. Lupin tries to bid on it, yet was out quote by a dollar. So he swipes it rather as well as makes a getaway. but just to locate himself greeted by a team of mercenaries that are benefiting the person who out quote Lupin. Lupin gave them the ring as he was informed, and also got away from their shooting weapons. Lupin chooses to take his friends to have a look at who outbid him at the auction. The one that outbid Lupin, is Cynthia, head of "Bank of the Globe" among the largest and also recently new banks. She has plans of her own on the ring, as it has the secrets of the area of a broach, that's stated to give those that hold it, globe domination.
